SeattlePro maintains the Site as a service to its visitors, subject to the following terms and conditions concerning the use of the Site (“Terms of Use”). When you use the Site, you accept the Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the Site. Member Account, Password, and Security
If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration/subscription form. You will be assigned a password and a username (account ID). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account ID. Paid Subscription
Certain pages on the Site may require a paid subscription. The payments for the paid subscription will be handled by PayPal, an eBay company. SeattlePro will forward your subscription request to PayPal, which will connect you to a secure order form to automate order acceptance, authorization, processing, and the management of transactions. SeattlePro offers this Service as a convenience to its customers. SeattlePro has no authority over PayPal’s computer systems and shall not be responsible for the security and management of credit card transactions, and the personal information that you provide to PayPal or its affiliates. You understand that it’s your responsibility to ensure that SeattlePro has your most recent contact information on file, such as your current working email and phone number. If you are using anti-spamming software on your servers, or junk mail filters on your email client, you are responsible for adding the appropriate aliases from SeattlePro domain to your email program’s address book, whitelist, approved senders list or use other methods to ensure that you don’t miss important messages from SeattlePro, such as account logon information and other important notices related to your account. If you decide to update your email address on file with SeattlePro, you must send the update request from the original email used to subscribe to SeattlePro.
